Our First Degustation Dinner for 2018

We hosted our first degustation dinner for 2018 on Saturday 7 July. And what a night it was with 52 guests. Thanks to the culinary expertise of Chef Jason Costanzo and backed up by our very own Chef Mackenzie Davies guests were treated to 5 courses fit for a king. All courses were matched with exceptional StrangeBird wines.
The grilled baby cctopus with potato velute, lemon, garlic and parsley oil and the tuna tatare were a definite hit. The hand cut pappardelle with slow cooked duck and turkey ragu and roasted cherry tomatoes matched with 2016 Sangiovese was also well received.
Lyndall Phelps celebrated a milestone birthday accompanied by friends at the event.
